# Executive Summary

Mantix is a cross-border payment solution for buyers who wish to purchase high-priced assets and services with cryptocurrency, from sellers that require settlement with fiat currency. The solution is designed for purchases of 50K to 10M (US dollar equivalent).

Mantix is ideally suited for buyers making purchases in foreign countries when existing off-ramping solutions are not an option. With Mantix, the buyer does not need a bank account. Mantix invoices the buyer for the asset or service they wish to purchase, which they pay with cryptocurrency. Mantix then completes the transaction by sending fiat directly to the seller.

As a fully compliant and regulated service, Mantix must complete KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) screenings.
